Principal
BOB KER
Bob is a corporate lawyer with over 17 years’ experience. In addition to his role at FS Reg, he is a principal of Sydney-based corporate law firm, Sundaraj & Ker.
He specialises in advising on funds management and both public and private mergers & acquisitions. Bob also advises on general securities and corporate law matters. He also has extensive experience in funds, technology and private equity/venture capital.
Bob’s previous appointments include over 8 years with Gilbert + Tobin, 3 years as general counsel of an ASX-listed fintech company (ASX: RFL) and an ASX-listed financial services company (ASX: FID).
Principal
ANAND SUNDARAJ
Anand is a corporate lawyer with over 20 years’ experience. In addition to his role at FS Reg, he is a principal of Sydney-based corporate law firm, Sundaraj & Ker.
He specialises in advising on mergers & acquisitions and capital raisings for both publicly listed and privately held entities. Anand also advises on funds management and general securities law matters including ASX listing rules compliance.
Anand has worked for a number of pre-eminent law firms including Herbert Smith Freehills, King & Wood Mallesons and Allen & Overy, as well as global investment bank Credit Suisse AG. He is currently the company secretary of a number of ASX-listed and unlisted entities, a number of unlisted companies and a charitable foundation.
Managing Partner
KAAN YUKSEL
Kaan has comprehensive experience in independently managing the regulatory obligations of various financial institutions, spanning across AFSL regulatory compliance, AML/CTF, bribery & corruption, data protection and corporate governance.
Kaan has broad experience in advising different financial services businesses across the industry, including, payments businesses, foreign exchange firms, derivatives brokers and crypto exchanges.
Kaan is also a lawyer and holds an RG 146 to provide general financial product advice in relation to foreign exchange products and derivatives.

SIMON HODGES
Simon has 20 years’ experience working in financial services and is the Chairman of FS Reg. In addition to his role at FS Reg, he is a partner of Sydney-based financial services firm, Rochford Capital.
He specialises in advising corporates, funds and private equity clients on financial market risk, treasury optimisation, strategy, as well as debt and working capital funding.
Simon has worked for a number of large financial institutions including Royal Bank of Scotland and GE Capital. He has operated as a lead client manager for many businesses across the listed and private equity sectors.
As a financial market risk professional, Simon provides the business with a granular understanding of the industry and allows FS Reg to provide practical guidance on our client’s operating activities.
